Welcome to mk3dlife.com (“Website”), operated by L-I-F-E (“we”, “us”, “our”).

We are creating a world where anyone can build independent, self-sustaining communities anywhere on Earth — and beyond — using 3D-printed sustainable systems for:

Food — vertical hydroponics and aquaponics towers (using up to 90% less water, no pesticides)
Energy — 3D-printed wind turbines, solar panel mounts, small hydro generation
Water — innovative atmospheric water generators that extract pure drinking water from air humidity
Infrastructure — custom 3D-printed parts, tools and components that make off-grid living possible

By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Cookie Policy (combined in this document). If you do not agree, do not use the Website.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and L-I-F-E. We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated version. Check this page periodically.

Any commercial use (reselling designs, reproducing towers, turbines, etc. for profit without license) requires separate written agreement.

Our name “L-I-F-E”, the tagline “Land. Infrastructure. Food. Energy.”, and associated logos are our trademarks. You may not use them without permission.

4. User Submissions / Contact Form

Any information, message, question, suggestion, photo, or other material you send us via the contact form, email, or other means (“Submissions”) becomes our property.

By submitting, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display your Submissions in any form, media or technology — including for improving our hydroponics, energy, water, and infrastructure systems and promoting the mission of giving people independence in food and energy.

You represent that your Submissions do not infringe any third-party rights.

Information on the Website (including descriptions of hydroponics systems, wind turbines, solar mounts, atmospheric water generators, 3D-printing techniques) is for general informational purposes only. It is not engineering, agricultural, legal, financial, or professional advice.

Always consult qualified professionals before building, installing or relying on any system for food production, energy generation, water supply, or off-grid living.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Website and all content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or virus-free.
